In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 711bet platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or match-deposit credits awarded to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer product, crash game, or sports betting market available on the 711bet platform.
• "Platform" means the 711bet website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at https://711bet.games.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or bonus debit processed to or from a Player's Account.
• "Verification" means the identity, age, and payment method verification process required prior to a Player's first withdrawal.

To register an Account on 711bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 711bet does not accept players under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must not be resident in a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms of this nature is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 711bet is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 711bet or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the 711bet platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a breach of these Terms.

711bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons and without liability to the applicant.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you and shall be your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 711bet immediately by contacting [email protected].

711bet strongly recommends that Players use strong, unique passwords for their Accounts and enable any additional security features made available on the platform. 711bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

711bet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and participating Bangladeshi bank accounts (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without notice.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment source that is lawfully held and registered in your name. 711bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (or as stated at the cashier at the time of deposit).
• Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. These limits may be subject to change.
• 711bet does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 711bet bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time where the payment method supports instant processing. In cases of processing delay, please contact support before re-attempting the same deposit.

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the Verification process prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you. 711bet will not send funds to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (or as stated in the cashier at the time of withdrawal).
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be completed before the associated bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money balances not associated with an active bonus are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to verification.
• 711bet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 1–4 hours during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional review.

711bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Players aged 21 or above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if requirements are not met before the expiry date.
• 711bet reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• 711bet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity has occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 711bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the appearance of eligibility where none exists.
• Making deposits using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 711bet for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting another person in doing so.

711bet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required. Where evidence of criminal conduct is identified, 711bet will report the matter to the relevant authorities without providing advance notice to the account holder concerned.

Each Game available on the 711bet platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are published within the Game interface or accessible via the Game provider's documentation. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any Game before participating.

All bets placed on the 711bet platform are final once confirmed. 711bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted, except in cases where the platform has offered an explicit cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or clearly erroneous odds or payout display, 711bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.

For live sports betting markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 711bet's decision on bet settlement is final in all cases where no official result is available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 711bet excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 711bet's reasonable control.
• Actions of third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 711bet support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal processing times.

711bet may suspend or permanently close your Account without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, that fraudulent or prohibited activity has been detected, or that continued operation of your Account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other Players. In such cases, 711bet reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation.

711bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://711bet.games/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

711bet implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute data security. Players are encouraged to maintain strong passwords and to report any suspected security breach to [email protected] immediately.

711bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 711bet holds its international operating licence. Players agree that any disputes shall first be referred to 711bet's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism notified by 711bet from time to time.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
